This creation was from our first Beach Retreat, and while this white sangria was delicious on the beach, I'm sure it will be just as good from your own backyard or patio. Or if the heat's too much, there's no shame in enjoying it inside while you stream your favorite show.

I wanted a summer sangria that was tasty, without being too heavy on sugar or alcohol and I found this recipe with a sauvignon blanc was perfect.

You can use any fruit you have, but be sure to freeze about a cup and a half of the fruit to add just before serving. It’s a great way to keep it chilled, without watering down the flavor.

If this puts you in the mood for the beach, I'd love to have you join us on our 2025 Beach Retreat. Details here.

Cheers!

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup peach schnapps
  • 1 bottle white wine (750 ml)
  • 12 oz club soda or sparkling water
  • 1 cup pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1.5 cups frozen grapes

Prepare

Freeze grapes for at least one hour.

Combine all ingredients except grapes in a pitcher or punch bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Add frozen grapes just before serving.

Tips to Reduce Food Waste

Any leftover fruit can be frozen and added to this sangria, make a smoothie or even enjoy with granola and yogurt.
