A deposit of 35% of your total retreat price is due at time of booking to reserve your spot. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date. You may also pay in full at time of booking.
*For our Yoga Nurture Retreat, guests are on their own for Saturday lunch.
Retreat in the Pines is located in Mineola, Texas.
If you are driving: The drive to the retreat center is approximately two hours from Dallas Fort Worth, four hours from Houston and Austin, and five hours from San Antonio. Carpooling is encouraged, if you’d like to carpool with someone from your area, please notify us at least two weeks prior to your retreat and we will connect those wishing to carpool.
If you are flying: The closest international airports are Dallas Love Field (DAL) (90 miles) and Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) (105 miles).
You will receive driving directions to the retreat center after final payment is made, five days before your retreat check-in date.
Absolutely! Many of our retreat guests come solo and make new friends in the process. MSN named Retreat in the Pines "One of the 30 Best Affordable Solo Trips for Women."
We believe sharing builds community, therefore rooms and bathrooms are designed to be shared. Many of our guests arrive as strangers, and leave as friends. If you only have two in your party you may share accommodations with another party of two.
Injuries: If you have specific injuries or health conditions that may interfere with your yoga practice, please indicate in customer portal after booking.
You are encouraged to practice at your level and honor your body. Retreat in the Pines is not liable for any injuries.
Food Allergies/Dietary Restrictions: Each weekend menu is available buffet style, you may choose what best suits your lifestyle. Indicate food allergies or restrictions in "Guest Details" after booking. Here are our current seasonal menus. All of our meals are prepared from scratch, using organic and local ingredients whenever possible.
We appreciate your understanding when there are fewer options to choose from when personal restrictions are involved. You are welcome to bring additional food, snacks or beverages.
Yes! Massages are available on site with one of our talented massage therapists. Sign up with deposit or payment in full is due before your retreat. Cost is an additional $80. Payment is non-refundable.
You must be 21 years of age or older to attend a retreat at Retreat in the Pines.
You will receive an e-mailed 35 days before your retreat. Payment is due one month prior to your retreat. You can pay the invoice using your credit or debit card. We do not take credit card payments over the phone or accept checks.
A non-refundable deposit is due to hold your spot. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before your retreat, your balance less your deposit will be transferred to another retreat. If you cancel less than four weeks before your retreat, your monies are forfeited. Your final payment is due one month prior to your retreat date. Failure to pay your final payment may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund of deposit.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be given for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.
Retreat in the Pines reserves the right to cancel any retreat, due to inclement weather or any other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. Your entire payment will be refunded or transferred to another retreat.
If you need to cancel your trip and understand all of these terms - please submit the form on our Cancellation Page. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and cannot be handled over the phone.
Yes! We'd love to have you join us if a spot opens up. Simply click the button "Join Waitlist". You will be contacted in the event of a cancellation. Payment or a deposit will be due at that time to finalize your booking.
We offer Wi-Fi in all of the buildings, but be fore-warned, service is not as fast as in the city. Some of our guests use the opportunity to take a digital detox, but it is completely optional.

Absolutely not. Wine is complimentary with dinner. We also have alternative non-alcoholic beverages available, including sparkling water and iced or hot tea.
Unfortunately, due to liability issues guests may not bring their pets.

Yes! We are always looking for talented individuals to join our team.Retreat Leaders need at least two years of experience teaching yoga.Kitchen staff need at least two years of professional cooking experience.
