Guests love our house made iced tea! Immunity boosting and refreshing, this is the perfect summer drink to serve guests or just for yourself.

Ingredients
  • 4 T Dried Blueberries – High in Vitamin C, great antioxidant, promotes heart health, lowers inflammation, Immune support, etc.
  • 5 T Dried Hibiscus Petals OR 8 Hibiscus Tea Bags – Immune Support, glowing skin, reduces fatigue, energizing, cognitive health and promotes healthy bones.
  • 2 T Fresh Ginger Root (washed and thinly sliced) – Promotes circulation and lowers high blood pressure.
  • 6 cups water
  • Sweetener: Honey, Stevia or another sweetener of your choice
  • Garnish: Lemons, Fresh Mint,
Directions
  • Boil water in large pot.
  • Turn off the burner and move to a cool burner.
  • Drop herbs in boiled water & steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Strain
  • Pour into pitcher and refrigerate
