Guests love our house made iced tea! Immunity boosting and refreshing, this is the perfect summer drink to serve guests or just for yourself.
Ingredients
- 4 T Dried Blueberries – High in Vitamin C, great antioxidant, promotes heart health, lowers inflammation, Immune support, etc.
- 5 T Dried Hibiscus Petals OR 8 Hibiscus Tea Bags – Immune Support, glowing skin, reduces fatigue, energizing, cognitive health and promotes healthy bones.
- 2 T Fresh Ginger Root (washed and thinly sliced) – Promotes circulation and lowers high blood pressure.
- 6 cups water
- Sweetener: Honey, Stevia or another sweetener of your choice
- Garnish: Lemons, Fresh Mint,
Directions
- Boil water in large pot.
- Turn off the burner and move to a cool burner.
- Drop herbs in boiled water & steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Strain
- Pour into pitcher and refrigerate
