This is my all time favorite tea to drink in the winter!
Hot Ginger Tea with Healing Spices to Strengthen Your Immune System
Add all spices to boiling water and let boil for ten minutes. Let stand for 20 minutes. Strain out spices.
I like a little bit of stevia or raw local honey (strengthens the immune system if you have allergies) and a squeeze of fresh lemon or orange into the tea helps digestion.
Store the remainder in the refrigerator.
