Guests love this special summer treat. So cool and refreshing! The perfect afternoon snack (or anytime snack) on a hot day! Easy to make and even easier to eat!

I freeze any leftover fruit, so when I make this, I simply reach in to the freezer and grab all of the frozen fruit. Enjoy!

Easy Fruity Sorbetto

Ingredients

  • 5 cups frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, etc.)
  • 2 T fresh mint or basil or other fresh herb
  • ¾ cup lemon juice (or substitute orange juice)

Prepare

  • Add fruit and lemon juice to the food processor and blend until smooth.
  • If too thick, add a water and blend.
  • Serve immediately.

Store in freezer. Before serving let set on counter for 5 to 10 minutes.
