Take what you need and leave what you don’t. This is your retreat. All meals and activities start on time. Meals are freshly prepared by our onsite chef and served buffet style. Fewer options may be available for guests with dietary restrictions. There is a complimentary glass of wine served with dinner. Bring beverages or snacks - you'll have access to a kitchen.

Paulina became a chef during the pandemic, when she decided to pursue her passion for cooking and transform it into a concept she called 24.7 Healthy.
“My boyfriend at the time was facing severe health issues, so we turned to healthy, organic, clean eating to complement his medical treatments," Paulina shared.
She believes that enjoying a healthy lifestyle is a right for all people. Sharing it, an obligation. 24.7 Healthy is a platform to promote a healthy lifestyle, beyond exercise and eating well. Her main goal is to inspire positive changes through tips and habits we practice on a daily basis.
24.7 pillars are the well-being of body, mind and spirit; gratitude and love for oneself. Attitudes, thoughts, food… the number 24.7 reminds us that we must be healthy 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is no magic pill here, but what is irrefutable is that it takes discipline, will, and a community to cheer us on. That is why 24.7 Healthy also focuses on self-knowledge, personal growth and meditation.
