Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
  • 2lb asparagus spears (thick are best)
  • 2cloves garlic, minced
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon Juice or balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
Prepare
  • Cut stems off asparagus.  If outer skin is thick, peel if desired.
  • Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper until coated.
  • Lay in a single layer on a sheet tray. Roast at 400 degrees for 10min or until fork tender.
