Christina finds joy in creating welcoming spaces where women can slow down and reconnect with themselves and one another. She believes that caring for ourselves is a sacred practice and that some of life’s most meaningful moments happen when we simply slow down and pay attention.
After more than a decade of personal yoga practice, Christina teaches an inclusive and accessible style of yoga that welcomes every body. She has a special love for restorative practices that encourage relaxation and healing. Her classes are gently inspired by yogic philosophy and her ongoing love of Ayurveda, encouraging presence, balance, and connection. She believes the community you practice with is just as important as the movement itself.
At Retreat in the Pines, Christina serves as a retreat leader and occasionally in the kitchen as chef. Whether she’s guiding a yoga practice, preparing a nourishing meal, or adding thoughtful touches behind the scenes, she delights in helping guests feel welcome and at home. Creating spaces where people can exhale and simply be is one of her greatest joys.
Originally from the Dallas area, Christina now calls East Texas home, where she lives with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, baking, antiquing, crafting, caring for plants, and spending time in the beauty of the Piney Woods. Retreat in the Pines holds a special place in her heart and she considers it a privilege to share its beauty with others seeking rest, renewal, and connection.
