In our hectic world and busy lifestyles, making time for yourself may feel like an impossible task. You may already know this, but it’s worth repeating: Self care is a necessity for you to continue to take care of the people, pets and tasks you are responsible for on a daily basis. You can only run on empty for so long without facing dire consequences.

A weekend retreat is an investment in yourself and allows you to keep going and find healing from burn out.

There are many reasons why guests choose Retreat in the Pines over other retreats. Small group size, community and friendship, location, timing and value are a few of the reasons we’ve heard.

Picking the right Retreat in the Pines retreat for YOU isn’t as easy. This quiz is designed to help you choose the retreat that will help you get back on track at this stage in your life.

Enjoy yoga, meditation, nature walk, chef prepared meals, optional massage plud free time to disconnect.

For mostly B answers, we recommend any of our retreats that work for your schedule and budget. Many of our guests come to a retreat as solo travelers, making a retreat an excellent way to make new friends.
