Tomato Feta Dip

After driving down the rugged country road lined with pine trees reaching for the heavens, you make the turn to your home-away-from-home for the weekend. In the clearing, two log cabins greet you as you release the stresses of everyday life.

Once inside, stretched out before you is a table seated with soon-to-be friends, glasses ready to be filled with wine, and this, the most perfect of snacks before the first yoga class of the weekend.

Try it at home, for a holiday party, a sports-watching event, or just to recreate the warmth of a weekend all to yourself.


Tomato Feta Dip

  • 2 cans diced tomatos (can used Italian Seasoned or plain)
  • ¾ cup Feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper/cayenne (more if you like it spicier)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasonings

Combine all ingredients in baking dish. Cook for 20 minutes at 350°F. Serve with pita chips, bagel chips, crackers. Can also be used as a topping for pasta!
