Carmen Brantley, a dear friend of Theresa’s oldest daughter, Nina, was an amazing young woman with a generous heart and a fiercely independent spirit. When her life was tragically cut short after a lengthy battle with LaBrune’s Syndrome, we wanted to honor her life, love and friendship. Thus, the Carmen Brantley Memorial Scholarship became a way for anyone to contribute to our Retreat Assistance Program. To this day, she inspires us to live life in the present moment, with grace and authenticity.
