Christina has been part of Retreat in the Pines for several years, first serving as chef and now returning as Property Manager and retreat co-leader. After stepping away to focus on her family, a transformative retreat experience called her back to this special place she has long cherished.
With over a decade of yoga practice, Christina is excited to have completed her Yoga Teacher training. She enjoys guiding classes that are welcoming and accessible for all. She has a special interest in restorative practices and the healing power of deep rest. Passionate about self-care, she believes it is an essential foundation for a wholehearted life. Whether tending to the property, supporting guests, or co-leading retreats, she enjoys creating spaces where women feel safe, seen, and free to simply be.
Christina lives in East Texas with her husband and two children. She finds joy spending time in nature, hiking the Piney Woods, caring for plants, reading, and cooking. It is an honor for her to care for the women who gather at Retreat in the Pines and to be part of a place where connection, rest, and renewal unfold.
