What is the Retreat Assistance program?

The Retreat in the Pines Retreat Assistance program is for any woman in need of a retreat who is unable to pay the full price of a retreat. While we can’t guarantee specific dates or retreats, we are able to offer retreats and dates that have openings. Once your application has been approved, we will notify you of available retreat date.

Please follow the below steps for your application to be considered.

How does the Retreat Assistance program work?

Women who are unable to cover the full price of a retreat are encouraged to apply for our Retreat Assistance program, which covers the full or partial cost of a Retreat in the Pines retreat.

Applicant submits completed application
Application is reviewed by our team within two weeks
If application is accepted, references will be contacted within two weeks
Once responses are received from references, application will be approved/denied
If approved, we will provide a retreat date to the applicant
Applicant has 48 hours to accept Retreat Assistance for the provided date

You must provide your own transportation to and from the retreat.
If your application is approved and you cancel or do not show to the date provided, you forfeit your Retreat Assistance and are disqualified from any future applications.
Retreat Assistance covers shared accommodations, meals, and included activities, only. Does not include massage or other add-ons, and private room upgrades are not permitted.
Limit one retreat per approved scholarship applicant.
You have 48 hours to accept the date that is offered to you.
Retreat Assistance is not provided to groups, only solo applicants.
If you are already registered for a retreat, you are not eligible.
You must be 21 or over.
Retreat Assistance can't be combined with any other offers.
