Weekend Details
• Quiet time is from 10:00 PM-7:00 AM, daily
• All Activities begin on time
• Everything is optional—take what you need, leave what you don't

What to Bring
  • Yoga clothes and comfortable clothes for relaxing
  • Yoga Studio thermostat is set at 75 degrees, you may want to bring clothing for layering
  • Refillable water bottle (we offer filtered water in the cabins and dining hall)
  • Closed toe shoes for walking on property
  • Slippers or socks for indoor use (no outdoor shoes inside)
  • Slip on shoes (see above)
  • Journal, book, knitting for free time
  • Toiletries
  • For inclement weather, rain poncho or umbrella
  • Your yoga mat, if you’d rather use yours.
  • To sleep better:
  • Your pillow (we provide two pillows per guest)
  • Ear plugs (we also provide)
  • White noise

If you’d like to bring food or beverages, your accommodations will have a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Please, no food stored in bedrooms.

Retreat in the Pines will Provide the Following

  • Food and beverages
  • Bedding and towels
  • Hair dryer
  • Body wash and lotion
  • Yoga mats, bolsters, straps, blocks and eye pillows
