I attended a mindfulness retreat with my mom. It was such a nice, intimate gathering of nine women. Michelle facilitated very nourishing mindfulness, yoga and reflective discussions. Chef Darla prepared the most delicious and farm-fresh food and fed us with her stories as well! The accommodations are simple, cozy and clean. The setting is beautiful and peaceful.
Wonderful place to go and unwind, be with nature and a nurturing group of women, forest, food, yoga and relaxation. Easy 4 hr drive from Houston, 2 hr drive from dallas/ft worth. Recommend!
