8:30 pm – Candlelight Renewing Gentle Yoga

Saturday

7:00 am – Coffee & Hot Tea 

8:30 am – Breakfast

10:00 am – Be Present Walk with Yoga (weather permitting)

10:45 am – Detox Flow Yoga with Letting Go Meditation

Noon – 6 pm Free Time*

4:00 pm – Snacks & Hot or Iced Tea

6:00 pm – Dinner & Wine

8:30 pm – Candlelight Gentle Yoga with Yoga Nidra

Sunday

7:00 am – Coffee, Hot Tea & Light Breakfast Snacks

8:15 am – Freedom Flow Yoga

9:00 am – Be Present with Gratitude Meditation (Outdoor – Weather Permitting)

9:30 am – Gratitude Brunch

11:00 am – Check Out

  • Relax in a massage on-site – $75 (Sign up when registering.)
  • Shop in the Relax Boutique
  • Walk along country roads
  • Take a nap or read on the porch or in  one of the hammocks
  • Visit Downtown Mineola for lunch, shopping, and sightseeing (10 minutes away)
  • Hike in the  Mineola Nature Preserve (15 minutes away)
  • Enjoy a wine tasting at Grand Oaks Vineyards & Winery (15 minutes away)
