Dorsey’s discovered yoga and mindfulness in college, that discovery allowed her to stay mentally and physically fit during those challenging times. Her mindfulness practice allowed her to succeed at a Fortune 500 tech company, overcome mental illness and connect more deeply with those around her. Her passion is to share science-based yoga and mindfulness with a broader audience.
When she’s not teaching mindfulness and yoga, Dorsey loves cooking vegetarian meals and spending time with her kitten Zed.
