How much to reserve my spot?

• A 35% deposit is required to reserve your spot. Your final balance is due by February 9, 2023.

What is included in the total price?

• Luxurious beachfront accommodations steps from the white-sand beaches, emerald green and blue waters and cotton-candy sunsets.
• Scheduled Round-Trip Airport Transfer* to/from Tampa International Airport: Pickup on Tuesday, May 9 at 2:30 pm (EDT) and Saturday, May 13 at 9:30 am (EDT).
• Eight nourishing meals including snacks & sangria on Tuesday afternoon, daily breakfast, Wednesday & Thursday lunches, Tuesday & Friday dinners, and ice cream sundaes on Thursday evening.
• Daily beach activities to start and end each day with your toes in the sand with everything ranging from yoga, meditation, journaling, workshops, dancing, creating a beach mandala and more!
• Daily free time to soak in the retreat experience, enjoy the serenity and beauty of the island and build connections with one another. Relax by the pool, hang out at the beach, explore the island by bike or hop on the trolly to enjoy quaint boutiques and local restaurants.

What airport do I fly into?

• Tampa International Airport to take advantage of the shuttle service included with your retreat.
• Another option that is not included in your complimentary shuttle service is the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport.

What are the accommodations like?

• You’ll find private rooms with en-suite bathrooms, shared room and bathroom options and everything in between! All accommodations can be viewed (with photos and descriptions) when booking your retreat. Special note: There is only 1 bed per room with the exception of the bunk rooms.
• Our mini Retreat Campus is right on the beach, steps away from the ocean and a private swimming pool:
• Beach House: 4 bedrooms, dining area, large living room, and the main kitchen where meals are cooked and served
• Beach Bungalow A: 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, small dining area, small living room
• Beach Bungalow B: 3 bedrooms, full kitchen with an island, large dining area, large living room

Can I come alone?

• Absolutely! Many of our solo travelers find it’s one of the best ways to connect with like-minded women. We have shared and private options for solo travelers.

Can I connect with other guests before the retreat?

• Yes! We’ll have an optional private WhatsApp group. Two weeks before the retreat you’ll receive a link to join. As soon as others join, you’ll be able to start connecting!

What about food allergies or injuries?

• Please share information on guest details after booking.

What is the minimum age?

• 21

Will I have wifi?

• Yes! All accommodations have wifi.

Are all meals provided?

• All but three meals are provided. We wanted to give you an opportunity to enjoy some island favorites, so two dinners (Wednesday/Thursday) and one lunch (Friday) are not included.

How do I get around?

• The island is only seven miles long, making it really easy to get around.
• Free Island Trolley: Runs Daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, with pickups every 20-30 minutes. (3 blocks, 2-minute walk)
• Bicycles: There are several options to rent bikes on the island, the closest is less than 10-minute walk
• Motor Vehicles*: The island is filled with people driving with the wind in their hair! There are several options to rent golf carts, scooters and more.
• *Due to limited parking space, we encourage you to consider sharing rentals with other travelers. For this reason, we ask that you not book any rentals until you have arrived.

Can I rent a car?

• Who needs a car on the beach?! Your retreat package includes a round-trip shuttle service to and from the Tampa International Airport (see schedule for pickup time), not only because we want to encourage ridesharing, but also because there is very limited parking space available.
• Because the island is so small, it’s really easy to get around without a car (see previous FAQ).
• However, if you would still prefer to rent a car, please email us before renting a vehicle so we confirm a parking spot is available and let you know if other travelers are interested in co-renting a vehicle. Failure to inform us prior to arrival may result in additional charges and inconvenient parking.

Will I have access to a kitchen?

• If you’re staying in one of the bungalows, yes. If you are staying in the Beach House, kitchen access will be limited, as it is where all meals will be prepared.
• Bungalow A has a small kitchenette
• Bungalow B has a large kitchen
• Bungalows will be stocked with coffee, coffee filters, half & half, sugar, and stevia for you to prepare your own coffee. Coffee will be prepared every morning in the Beach House. You are welcome to bring snacks and a few fridge items.

What is your cancellation policy?

• There are no cancellations - we are happy to transfer your payment to a gift card.
• Transfer requests must be made via email. ‍
• There is a $250 processing fee per guest for rescheduling more than 90 days before the Beach Retreat.
• There is a $500 processing fee per guest for rescheduling less than 90 days before your retreat.
• All monies paid (less processing fee) will be emailed to you as an E-Gift Card.
• E-Gift Cards do not expire and can be applied to any retreat or gifted to another guest.
• No refunds or credits will be given for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or arriving late or leaving early.
• It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies.
• We recommend purchasing your own travel/trip cancellation insurance so your trip fees will be covered in case you have to cancel your retreat.
