Let go of the fear of not getting it right, whether it’s yoga or life. You’ll strengthen your body, calm your mind and open your heart at this weekend devoted to you and your Yoga Practice. Discover the power of yoga, meditation, connection with other women and time in nature.

Discover how to make a yoga pose fit your body instead of making your body fit the pose in the Yoga Pose Alignment for Your Body Workshop a personalized mini private yoga lesson. One year of yoga experience preferred. This retreat has the most Yoga Practices of all of our Retreats.

How much to reserve my spot?

  • A 35% deposit is due upon registration to book your spot. Final payment is due one month prior to your retreat. You may also pay in full upon registering.

Is wine offered at this retreat?

  • Yes! Complimentary wine and sparkling water will be offered with dinner. You are also welcome to bring a beverage of your choice.

Is Saturday lunch included?

  • Yes!

What additional activities are available?

  • Massages – sign-up before weekend is required (60 minutes for $80 - gratuity not included)
  • Complimentary mini private yoga lesson with Sarah, to work on the poses of your choice

When is check-in?

  • Between 4-5 pm on the Friday of your retreat

When is check-out?

  • At 11 am on Sunday, following brunch
