Your Retreat

Use mindfulness to stay motivated and committed to yourself. Embrace your body exactly the way it is and acknowledge the struggle of living in a society that constantly tells you your body should look a certain way.

All inclusive price is $749/guest. Additional charges apply for private cabin, room or bath.

* All of our meals are freshly prepared using local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Meals are served buffet style. Fewer options may be available for guests with dietary restrictions.

How much to reserve my spot?

  • A 35% deposit is due upon registration to book your spot. Final payment is due one month prior to your retreat. You may also pay in full upon registering.

Is wine offered at this retreat?

  • Yes! Complimentary wine and sparkling water will be offered with dinner. You are also welcome to bring a beverage of your choice.

What additional activities are available?

  • 60 Minute Massage with Jan ($80) – sign-up before weekend is required (gratuity not included)

When is check-in?

  • Between 4-5 pm on the Friday of your retreat

When is check-out?

  • At 11 am on Sunday, following brunch
