Through gratitude practices and mindfulness exercises you will discover a respite from the busy reality of your life. Saturday Lunch (Lunch is on your own for our Yoga Nurture Retreats)

  • Homemade Guacamole and Salsa with Multi-Grain Tortilla Chips  

Sunday Brunch

  • Breakfast Tacos: Tortillas, Scrambled Eggs, Avocado, Cheddar Cheese, Black Beans and Salsa
  • Breakfast Potatoes
  • Coconut Milk/Organic Whole Milk/Coffee/Tea/OJ

* All of our meals are freshly prepared using local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Meals are served buffet style.Fewer options may be available for guests with dietary restrictions.

How much to reserve my spot?

  • A 35% deposit is due upon registration to book your spot. Final payment is due one month prior to your retreat. You may also pay in full upon registering.

Is wine offered at this retreat?

  • Yes! Complimentary wine and sparkling water will be offered with dinner. You are also welcome to bring a beverage of your choice.

Is lunch included?

  • Yes! All meals are included from Friday dinner to Sunday brunch.

What additional activities are available?

  • Massages – sign-up before weekend is required (60 minutes for $80)

When is check-in?

  • Between 4-5 pm on the Friday of your retreat

When is check-out?

  • At 11:00 am on Sunday, following brunch
