Your Retreat

Explore poses in a safe and supported space. Discover the tools to make a yoga pose fit your body instead of making your body fit the pose. One year of yoga experience is preferred. This retreat has the most Yoga Practices of all of our Retreats. All inclusive - $749. Additional charge for private cabin, room or bath.

How much to reserve my spot?

  • A 35% deposit is due upon registration to book your spot. Final payment is due one month prior to your retreat. You may also pay in full upon registering.

What additional activities are available?

  • 60 Minute Massage with Jan ($85) – sign-up before weekend is required (gratuity not included)
  • Complimentary mini private yoga lesson with Dayna, to work on the pose of your choice

When is check-in?

  • Between 4-5 pm on the Friday of your retreat

When is check-out?

  • At 11 am on Sunday, following brunch
