Explore poses in a safe and supported space. Discover the tools to make a yoga pose fit your body instead of making your body fit the pose. One year of yoga experience is preferred. $749 per guest

How much to reserve my spot?

  • A minimum deposit of $300 is required. Higher priced packages require a 35% deposit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your retreat. You may also pay in full upon registering.

What additional activities are available?

  • 60 Minute Massage with Jan ($85) – sign-up before weekend is required (gratuity not included)
  • Complimentary mini private yoga lesson with Dayna, to work on the pose of your choice

When is check-in?

  • Between 4-5 pm on the Friday of your retreat

When is check-out?

  • At 11 am on Sunday, following brunch
