Discover inspiration to move you forward in your practice and your life! Let go of fear as you fly in arm balances. Take your practice to the next level in your mini private yoga lesson. Relax and unwind with wine and enjoy S'mores gathered around the fire.

This retreat has five yoga practices. At least one year of yoga experience preferred.

Enjoy a complimentary private one-on-one yoga lesson with Laura Beth to work on the poses of your choice.

Free time:

Relax with a massage*,  nap in one of the hammocks, read a book on the porch, hike the property, journal in a quiet spot, or explore and discover the surrounding area.

* All of our meals are freshly prepared using local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Meals are served buffet style.Fewer options may be available for guests with dietary restrictions.

How much to reserve my spot?

  • A 35% deposit is due upon registration to book your spot. Final payment is due one month prior to your retreat. You may also pay in full upon registering.

Is wine offered at this retreat?

  • Yes! Complimentary wine and sparkling water will be offered with dinner. You are also welcome to bring a beverage of your choice.

Is Saturday lunch included?

  • Yes!

What additional activities are available?

  • Massages – sign-up before weekend is required (60 minutes for $80 - gratuity not included)
  • Complimentary mini private yoga lesson with Laura Beth, to work on the poses of your choice

When is check-in?

  • Between 4-5 pm on the Friday of your retreat

When is check-out?

  • At 11 am on Sunday, following brunch
