Join us for a long weekend of self-renewal and healing, where you۪'ll enjoy yoga to rejuvenate your body and meditation to quiet your mind. Find joy and gratitude in our community of inspirational and encouraging women.

Workshops based on the principles of Yoga will allow you to see yourself and your life in a different perspective. Spend time in self-reflection and group sharing to release what is holding you back and discover your path to healing.

Free time:

Relax with a massage, nap in one of the hammocks, read a book on the porch, hike the property, journal in a quiet spot, or explore and discover the surrounding area.

Is wine offered at this retreat?

  • Yes! Complimentary wine and sparkling water will be offered with dinner. You are also welcome to bring a beverage of your choice.

Is Saturday lunch included?

  • Yes!

What additional activities are available?

  • Massages – sign-up before weekend is required (60 minutes for $80 - gratuity not included)
  • Sip and Savor Cooking Class - 2 hours of observation while enjoying complimentary wine and tastings - $35

When is check-in?

  • Between 4-5 pm on the Friday of your retreat

When is check-out?

  • At 11 am on Sunday, following brunch
