Fresh Mint and Berry Smoothies

This tasty smoothie is the perfect way to use up any summer fruits before they go bad.

We serve this as a Sunday Breakfast Snack. Guests enjoy the light and delicious option before heading to the final Yoga practice of the weekend. Super easy to make. I love it!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Frozen Fruit
  • 2 Frozen Bananas 
  • 3 Cups Orange Juice
  • 2 Cups Ice
  • 1 Cup Raw Oatmeal
  • 3 Sprigs Fresh Mint 

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. 
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and berries for a festive touch.
  • Can also substitute almond milk for the orange juice for added protein.
