Saturday

7:00 am – Coffee & Hot Tea 

8:30 am – Breakfast

9:30 am – Lovingkindness Meditation & Walking Meditation

10:45 am-Noon – Restorative Yoga with Letting Go Meditation

Noon – Massages (appointment required before retreat)

12:30 pm – Lunch

1:30-5 pm – DIY Activities
