9:30 am – Stay in Balance: Ayurveda Eating for the Season

10:45 am – Detox Flow Yoga 

Noon – Massages (appointment required before retreat)

12:30 pm – Lunch

1:30-5 pm – Find Balance with Essential Oils: DIY Aromatherapy Workshop

4:oo pm – Meditation Walk

4:30 pm – Lovingkindness Meditation 

5:00 pm –  Ayurveda & Wellness Q&A with Snacks & Tea

7:00 pm – Letting Go: Mental & Emotional Clutter

8:30 pm – Letting Go Celebration and Candlelight Yoga Nidra

8:15 am – Freedom Flow: Yoga & Moving Meditation

9:00 am – Be Present with Gratitude Meditation (Outdoor – Weather Permitting)

9:30 am – Gratitude Brunch
